In my day job I work for Aon Benfield in the Impact Forecasting team., providing my GIS expertise and know-how to the development of catastophe models for the reinsurance industry. Previously I worked for Halcrow Group Limited, a large global engineering consultancy, and prior to that for IETG and 40SEVEN. Outside of work, I volunteer for MapAction, the disaster mapping charity and have attended disasters in Bolivia and Jamaica, and capacity-building missions in Lesotho and Niger.
